1. Holistic Ascentuals takes no responsibilities for any valuables or possessions or vehicles whilst you are on our premises.

2. Holistic Ascentuals reserves the rights in the design, text, graphics, images and course material, handouts and website.

3. All materials, handouts, workbooks and other literature supplied by Holistic Ascentuals must not be copied or used in any way. All materials are copyright to Holistic Ascentuals and MUST NOT be reproduced in any form.

4. All courses must be booked in advance and paid at the time of booking in full.  If you cannot attend a training day then you must give us advance notification of 48 hours. With 48 hours notice :- In cases such as this a £25 administration fee is charged for each days training that you cancel. With less than 48 hours notice:- Please note that you will lose your course fee on this occasion if you do not give 48 hours notice. However this is at our discretion.  An admin fee of £25 per days training cancelled is still chargeable.   We will need to know your reason for cancelling.  If your reason for cancelling is medical then we will require a doctor's letter to reserve your place on another course.    Again this is at our discretion. 

** This (the above) will only happen the once. If you have previously cancelled a course and been moved to an alternative day and you cancel again you WILL lose your course fee, and this is regardless of notice given.  Upon cancellation of any course and if you are given another opportunity to attend you have one month in order to complete this course of study or else the fee is lost.

5. If students do not attend on the day of the course they shall lose the full course fee completely and not be moved to an alternative date. Subject to terms.

6. I am not responsible for any emails regarding the course that you do not read.  So upon booking please access your email account regularly to keep up to date with any alterations, to view directions etc

7. Places on courses can only be guaranteed if the payment has been received.

8. All students must act and behave appropriately and not undertake any act that would bring dishonour to Holistic Ascentuals, as this could result in the student being asked to leave the training session.

9. I reserve the right to refuse to teach any student who is rudely late to their training session.

10. The students must be dressed appropriately for ALL courses.

11. Jewellery except wedding bands must not be worn.

12. Hair must be tied away from the face. Nails for massage need to be short and clean from varnish.

13. On days when there is only one booking students will be contacted and will therefore be responsible for their own clients/ models to work on and demonstrate the practical skills during the course.

14. Holistic Ascentuals reserves the right to change the course contents, materials, tutors, training dates/days, venue and course requirements at any time without prior notice.

15. Children are not allowed at the training venues.

16. Food will not be provided for at the training sessions so please provide a packed lunch

17. Refreshments will be provided

18. Mobile phones must be switched off in the training rooms at all times

19. Holistic Ascentuals reserves the right to decline applicants for valid reasons

20. I will not tolerate abuse Physical or verbal abuse at any time.

21. Refreshments will be available for you to enjoy during break times of your course/treatment. Please be aware, that if you suffer from allergies or have any special dietary requirements. Holistic Ascentuals has no control over the ingredients of the refreshments available and takes no responsibility for clients suffering any allergic reactions or special dietary specifications

22. All students must abide by the Terms and Conditions of Holistic Ascentuals at all times. Any students/clients that do not abide by the rules will not be accepted on to the course and may lose their deposit.

23. As part our service to provide excellent customer service we operate an equal opportunities policy. Students will not experience discrimination on any counts.

24.I will not tolerate any bullying on their courses between students.

25. Holistic Ascentuals operates a non-smoking policy.

26. All student and client information is kept confidential.

27. Prices can be altered at any time to reflect costs of training however Isis will always remain competitively priced.  Old prices will only be honoured at the descretion of Head Office.

28. We invite students who are not 100% confident after the course and therefore do not pass on the day to come and join the next set of courses in the same subject. Please note this is only available within six months after the date of the course after six months students shall need to repay the course fee. 

29.We are not responsible for any emails that you do not read on time which relate to your course, changes or cancellations. 

30. The prices shown on the website at the time of booking are the prices you will be charged.  We cannot be responsible for the incorrect prices put out on the internet by tutors past or present, therefore the prices on the isis or holistic ascentuals  website alone are the prices we will honour.  As in section 27. Prices can be altered at anytime

31.If you are insured currently please make it your responsibility to check with your insurance provider if they will insure our one day courses.

32.All bookings are to be paid for. Those who fail to show will be invoiced from the accounts department and any future appointments will be paid for in advance.

33. New clients may be asked to pay in advance via paypal for the first time booking, this is to reduce any temptation for time wasting.

34.  Home study diplomas are to be conducted in your own time, however a maximum training time span of 24 months has been place on all diplomas, after this time your work will not be assessed.  Please complete your diploma within 24 months of booking.

By booking with Holistic Ascentuals / Isis therapy trainingfor a course or treatment you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

 

35.  This website makes it clear on several pages that Holistic Ascentuals do not offer any sexual services. This is a professional holistic business catering for those who legitimtately require a massage treatment.  We do not offer home or hotel visits.  Please do not ask for these services.  Any client visiting the centre must abide by these rules.  Any client appearing to try to push the boundaries of the therapist will be asked to leave and then details passed onto the police.  Please respect the professionalism of your therapist.
